How a film gets made here

One person, four phases, four approvals. Timings are typical for a single film; we set the real ones against your launch date on day one.

  1. Discovery

    1 to 2 days

Send me your product link, your goal, your launch date and the one person who gives final feedback. I write a short brief and plan backwards from your date. You approve the brief and the schedule.

    Brief and schedule

Pencil sketch of a desk with a calendar, a launch date circled and an arrow counting backwards, sticky notes and a coffee
  2. Concept and storyboard

    2 to 4 days

If you have a script or key messages, send them with brand assets, Figma files or screenshots. I come back with the concept, the script direction and a storyboard, so you see the film before anything is animated. If the storyboard isn't right, we fix it before anything is animated. Nothing gets animated until you approve the storyboard.

    Storyboard

Six-panel pencil storyboard of a wooden mannequin carrying an idea from first spark to launch day
  3. Animation and sound

    1 to 3 weeks

The long stretch: animation, sound design and music, with progress updates along the way. Gather your feedback in one place and send it in one go. You approve the full-length cut.

    Full-length cut

Pencil sketch of an animator seen from behind, working on a timeline and audio waveform between two speakers
  4. Delivery and revisions

    2 rounds included

Each round is one consolidated list of changes. Then you get the final masters in the formats you need, plus the cutdowns in your engagement. You approve the final delivery.

    Final delivery

Ground rules

  • You talk to me, not an account manager. Nothing gets handed off between the first call and the final master.
  • You see the storyboard before anything is animated.
  • Feedback comes as one list per round, from one person.
  • Sound is part of the film, not added at the end.
  • Every film ships with cutdowns for your website, sales calls and social.
  • A stranger should be able to repeat the story after one viewing.
